Dimitri Turns One!

It was such fun to photograph little "D", who just recently got to his one year milestone! (Happy 1st Birthday, D!) He was so fast on his legs, he had me running backwards many times to catch a shot as he ran towards me..haha. S & D, you sure are on your toes, aren't you? He is absolutely adorable. I want to give those little cheeks a little squish! Thank you S& D for asking me to capture your handsome little man. It was such a treat to see you again. Here are a few shots from his session:

My boys love their Daddy so much & they are his world. Ryan, you are an exceptional Dad. We love you very much and want to remind you again, today, how much we love you and everything you do!

The T Family

I had the pleasure of photographing the beautiful T family again. I can't believe how much A has grown! (Has it really been 2 years ago that I photographed him at his 1st birthday milestone? It feels like yesterday...) I am so excited about the new family addition coming in August for your family. :) Congrats A on becoming a big brother soon! Thank you so much. It was wonderful to see everyone again!

The G Brothers - 1 Year Milestone

Cuteness times two! It was my pleasure to be able to photograph for a long time friend's sweet little twins at their One Year Milestone mark. I am lucky to be able to say that the adorable little pic of K sitting all handsome in the chair (bottom pic) is my little Godson. Love these babies... Christian's First Birthday

Our snuggly little Christian turned 1 year on Saturday May 18th. I can't believe how quickly his first year flew by! He is such a big boy now.... He's walking and climbing up the little stairs to get to the top of his slide....He really doesn't have much fear of trying to do whatever he sees and he wants whatever his brother has, toys or food.  

We had primarily a family party picnic with a kite theme at Hammonasset State Park on his birthday with a few family friends joining us. It was a gorgeous day outside and with just a little more wind, we could have had some more kites flying up in the air. I made way too much cake! I saved the top tier in the freezer so he could have it as his smash cake to eat later, which you'll see in some pics at the bottom. He loved it.

Here are just a few pictures taken (of many) from his party. I plan on using all the pics taken for a birthday album, using iPhoto- very affordable and sleek for anyone looking to make a picture book on their own for a sweet little occasion such as Christian's. I did the same for Liam's 1st birthday too.

H Brothers at the Park

The H brothers are (with exclusion of my biased opinion of my own adorable little boys) the most handsome duo I have had the pleasure to photograph yet. Just look at those dreamy blue eyes...They are so much fun to capture! Little J's 2nd birthday was just approaching, so his mom and dad wanted some updated milestone shots of him, and his brother, O, too, of course! It was a pleasure capturing them playing at the Madison Surf Club, here in town. 

Thank you E and P for coming out to my neck of the woods for a shoot. I am still having fun photographing mini shoots of my existing customers locally, while being close to having another baby. It's not as easy to get down in those low places to shoot right now, but when I'm among long-time friends & awesome customers like you, it makes it pure fun!

Happy Mothers Day 2013

HAPPY MOTHERS DAY TO ALL MOMMIES!

Hope all those amazing mothers out there (and there are so many!) have a wonderful day today. I can't think of a more fulfilling job or position to have in life. Whether it's children or pets that you are "Mom" to, may your day be a special one!

I had a lovely Mother's Day day today with my family. I woke up to family group snuggle time in bed (as we do many mornings together) and my boys gave me a sweet card and a beautiful purple orchid plant (my favorite!). We tried to catch tadpoles in the pond with "Grandma No-Gum" in the morning and we had lots of fun on the playground with "Grandma Sassafras" in the afternoon. <3

I don't think I've officially announced this yet on my blog, but my husband and I are expecting our third child in about 9 weeks... :) "Miss Finn"'s bump is pretty obvious in these shots that Ryan took of my boys and I today. I feel like I'm ready to pop already! We are very excited to welcome a little girl to the world this summer. I will definitely post photos to share here with everyone when she arrives. :)
