Picking Fruit In September

The kids and I have been picking fruit the past couple weeks from a couple of our local orchards. The boys have enjoyed hunting for peaches, pears, apples and raspberries. They are both nuts about eating fresh fruit and this is as fresh as it gets! Delicious.

Christian's First Birthday

Our snuggly little Christian turned 1 year on Saturday May 18th. I can't believe how quickly his first year flew by! He is such a big boy now.... He's walking and climbing up the little stairs to get to the top of his slide....He really doesn't have much fear of trying to do whatever he sees and he wants whatever his brother has, toys or food.  

We had primarily a family party picnic with a kite theme at Hammonasset State Park on his birthday with a few family friends joining us. It was a gorgeous day outside and with just a little more wind, we could have had some more kites flying up in the air. I made way too much cake! I saved the top tier in the freezer so he could have it as his smash cake to eat later, which you'll see in some pics at the bottom. He loved it.

Here are just a few pictures taken (of many) from his party. I plan on using all the pics taken for a birthday album, using iPhoto- very affordable and sleek for anyone looking to make a picture book on their own for a sweet little occasion such as Christian's. I did the same for Liam's 1st birthday too.

4 Months Old 9-18-2012

Christian turned 4 months old today. He's rolling over now and enjoying his bouncer exerciser. He's such a snuggle bug and what a happy baby he is! Here he is enjoying a morning at the park on a blanket. I love this little man! XO

Christian is 3 Months Old! 8/18/2012

Three months has flown by and little Christian has changed so much and grown so big! He has a gummy grin now, like a little old man! (I'll have to take some of those shots next.)He's been chomping down on his fists a lot lately. (Could it be an early first baby tooth coming in?) Here's a couple updated shots of my littlest cutie-pie. I just want to eat him up!

I have been so behind in my blogging! Here are some shots taken when Christian was 11 weeks old with Liam, shortly before he turned 2. There's no doubt that these brothers love each other already. :) 

 The boys have 3 different sets of "Little Bro" and "Big Bro" shirts...all were fantastic gifts from family & friends. We love them! They all happen to be different sizes, so every time Christian moves out of a size, we've got another one they can wear together!
